Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at RIOLA. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
1. Where your order ships from
RIOLA is an online store operated by Bosefffs LLC (United States). Our dresses are produced by our manufacturing partners in China, and every order is shipped directly from our partner warehouse in China to your address in the United States. Tracking is provided for every order.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse in China.
3. Shipping rates & delivery time
Standard Shipping – Free – estimated delivery 7–12 business days after shipping.
All customs duties and import taxes are included in our prices. You will never be asked to pay any extra charges on delivery.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier volume, customs clearance, weather or peak holiday seasons. If you need your dress for a specific event, we recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance.
4. Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
5. Order tracking
Tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours after your order ships. If you see no tracking update within 5 business days, please contact us.
6. Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please keep all packaging and contact us at help@riolalabel.com. Once we confirm the issue with the carrier, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, re-shipping charges may apply.
