Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to US addresses, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to US addresses takes 7–12 business days. Every order ships with tracking directly from our partner warehouse in China. All customs duties and import taxes are included — no extra charges on delivery. Delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, customs clearance, severe weather or peak holiday seasons.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Simply email us at help@riolalabel.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the dress you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new size or style.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it.
